4.1 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the WAU888 platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. WAU888 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any duplicate accounts and to void any transactions, bonuses, or winnings associated with such accounts.

4.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update your account information promptly if any details change. WAU888 is not liable for any losses or complications arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate account information. Any information provided that is found to be false, misleading, or deliberately concealing relevant facts may result in immediate account closure.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for e-wallet and FPX bank transfer methods. Cryptocurrency deposits require a minimum equivalent of RM30 at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. 5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within the following indicative timeframes: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within 5–15 minutes of approval; DuitNow and FPX transfers within 5–30 minutes of approval; cryptocurrency withdrawals within 30–60 minutes depending on network congestion. 5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

WAU888's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by WAU888's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable law.

WAU888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other applicable policy of WAU888.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period as requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any form of dishonest conduct.
• Account inactivity — accounts showing no login or wagering activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.

Players may close their own accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting WAU888 customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be refunded to the Player via their most recently used payment method within five (5) to ten (10) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
